How we handle the data you send us through the booking form.
The data controller is Old Town — Tattoo & art studio, Samobor. For any questions about your data, write to info@oldtownsamobor.hr.
Through the form we collect your name, e-mail, phone number and the description, photos and other details you enter yourself. We use them only to reply to your request and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Your request reaches us by e-mail through an e-mail delivery provider. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
We keep the data only as long as needed to reply and arrange the appointment, and no longer than one year after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent at any time by e-mailing info@oldtownsamobor.hr. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
